The FHM is a private, non-profit, and state-approved University of Applied Sciences. The FHM has been founded in 2000 by medium-sized enterprises and educational institutions. Since then, it has developed into one of the most successful private universities in Germany with a strong focus on the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. The FHM’s goal is to provide students with necessary theoretical and hands-on skills for their later business career. The FHM’ concept focuses on practical career orientation, individual tutoring, and small group sizes.

PAIZ Konsulting has been providing training and consulting services in leadership, sales and interpersonal skills to Polish and European small, medium and large organizations since 1997. Project management and research experience include partnership within various EU-funded projects, including Erasmus+. Currently we are focused on the development of methods and tools increasing efficiency of trainings.

EFFEBI Association is a non-profit organization set up in 1978. Since its foundation, it has been a reference point for people involved HR management and development and organizational models, mainly for the banking & financial sector. Members of the Association are the leading Italian Banking groups and medium/small Banks.

EFFEBI is a funder member of EBTN (European Banking and Financial Services Training Association) and is actively involved in its activities. The Association keeps significant relationships with other Institutions, Associations, Universities, Schools, Enterprises and Organisations active in the field of HR Management and Development. In addition, it is a Member of European forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EfVET) that is one of the leading European-wide professional associations which has been created by, and for, Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers.

It is very relevant that, starting from January 2019, EFFEBI is a Founding Member of the Centre for Research and European Studies – future business (CRES-fb) in order to realise studies, researches and European projects to promote active citizenship and European Policies in Education and Training fields. CRES-fb Founders are 10 Centres of Excellence, from 8 European Countries (IT, EL, ES, DE, PT, SE, MT, RU) and active on different sectors, ensuring a high-quality level and an interdisciplinary approach. In Italy, EFFEBI is coordinating the Laboratory on Training Paradigms to identify and define analysis, trends and good practices in the field of professional training.

Militos - Athena, Greece

With a track record of 58 EU-funded projects and activities, as leader or partner, Militos has sound experience in project management of large-scale and complex projects as well as in depth understanding of European policies. Militos has expertise in the conceptualisation, development and operation of new and sustainable entrepreneurship schemes, train-the-trainer methodologies, interactive e-learning tools, online immersive games and mobile applications, etc. currently implementing more than 20 related European projects while some of its past projects have been officially recognized as best practices.

Lastly, at EU level, Militos has received distinctions for the quality of its services, the innovative content, the influence, efficiency, and impact of its c activities, including 2 European awards (DG AGRI), ie. the Special Public CAP Award for the widest outreach in Europe (1st place) and the Award for Innovative Communication in the EU CAP (3rd place) for the LLP project farmsup! on the promotion of agro-entrepreneurship for adults.
